So, A-Dog and I have been working on a series of posts for Christmas that I need your help with.
The posts are a collection of ideas and tips on how to make a good impression when you go home to meet the rents this holiday season. We’re going to run the article over twelve days with a different topic each day. So where do you come in?
I know a lot of you are computer wizards or prolific photographers, so I want you to show me what you’ve got. From now until Thanksgiving we’re asking you to send in icons or pictures you think would work as a great header for the articles. The icon should fit in with the kind of graphics we already use on the site: funny, irreverent, and a tad lo-fi. Good icons will incorporate the themes of the article: Christmas, joy, family, sheer blinding terror brought on by meeting your gf/bfs entire family. All icons should be your own work and should be family friendly (nothing to risque, please). You can e-mail your entries to stephaniesaveme+12DaysContest@gmail.com.
Wait, what’s that? Did I hear you asking what’s in it for you? Well, nothing much- just the chance to own the very first 2008 Annual StephanieSaveMe.com Commemorative Christmas Ornament! For everyone else, five dolla. For you, FREE!!
Consider this your official invitation. We can’t wait to see what you can do!

Tree with Cheese Grater. Are you kidding me?
P.S. Alex insists that this photo of a decorated tree with a cheese grater on top should be the icon. Is that what you want? A tree with a cheese grater on top to represent meeting you significant other’s parents? They’ll be renting out ice skates in Hell before I let that happen.
